This Italian inspired community features the most luxurious accommodations surrounded by every amenity imaginable - including two pools, a piazza, lush gardens and flowing fountains. Most incredible is the 365 foot expanse of beach front available for your relaxation and the unparalleled views of the gulf. Bella Vita is located at the highest point on the Gulf of Mexico in the United States. Many of the Condominiums are second homes and are not rented out. This insures you an uncrowded peaceful vacation.

Our condominium is spacious in design and features many special details, including 10-ft ceilings, granite countertops, porcelain tile floors, gourmet kitchens and elegant bathrooms. The gulf front tiled porches are the perfect location for enjoying the views and the fragrant gulf breezes. This gated community provides ground-floor covered parking, elevators, and a private fitness center for your convenience. Enjoy shops, dining and activities at nearby Gulf Place, Grayton Beach and Seaside. Parking for 2 cars. Saturday to Saturday rental. (4-night minimum in off-season.)

We use our unit often so you will be sure it is clean and well maintained! We hope you will enjoy your vacation and consider our unit a second home while you are there.

I have stayed in this unit twice with some friends and it has been great. It is very spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The kitchen is high-end, the master bathroom is nicer than most nice homes. the rooms are all quiet and comfortable. The newly installed set up of 2 bunk beds would allow two families of 4 to share this condo easily. Flat screen TVs in the den and each bedroom are a nice touch too. It's got great under-building parking to keep your car nice and cool, and it's a very easy walk down to the beach and pool. The balcony is a great place to relax as well, and looks right over the pool for parents needing to keep an eye on kids. I would highly recommend this place for a beach getaway. Also, it's located on a very secluded section of the beach, yet very close to many nice nearby restaurants and shops.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great time at Bella Vita. This unit is really nice. The view is awesome and this unit is truly beach front!! I will stay in this condo on my next vacation.
