Our unit is a spacious, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 2900 sq. ft condo on the beachfront, with large balconies that have magnificent views of the Bay. Vaulted ceilings, professional interior design, contemporary artwork and furnishings create an ambiance of comfort and luxury. Construction is of the highest quality, with contemporary Mexican design. The fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has granite countertops; the bathrooms have marble counter tops and there are marble floors throughout the unit. All three bedrooms have split air conditioners and bathrooms en suite. Concierge services are available, including food delivery and babysitting. Maid service is available by arrangement. For leisure time, there is a TV, a DVD player, an iPod dock, high-speed Internet access, and several board games and books for your enjoyment.
There are endless activities available in the Bay area to cater to all tastes. Spend the day on the beach, or enjoy the many water-related amenities - kayaking, jet-skiing, parasailing, windsurfing or sailing. Cruise the harbor to watch whales and dolphins; take the children on a pirate boat for the day; or enjoy and exhilarating canopy tour in the surrounding hills. For golfers, there are seven world-class courses in the vicinity. In the evening, the exciting nightlife of Puerto Vallarta and nearby towns beckons... or watch the lights of Puerto Vallarta and the ships in the Bay from the large balcony.
Punta Esmeralda is conveniently situated with ready access to all the towns on the Bay of Banderas. It is five minutes from Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, ten minutes from Nuevo Vallarta, and twenty-five minutes from the nightlife of Puerto Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta is an old colonial town that has undergone a renaissance in the last decade. There is ample sightseeing; shopping opportunities ranging from quaint little stalls selling local wares to international fashion boutiques; and a full range of restaurants, from tiny vendors to exceptional establishments with world-class cuisine. Nuevo Vallarta has more shops, restaurants, beach activities and nightlife. Within walking distance of the resort are two small towns, Bucerias and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, both with great authentic Mexican character, shopping and local food. Further north is Punta de Mita, a growing resort development, and Sayulita, famous for art and a surfer’s Mecca.
