Beautifully landscaped yard with putting green, new gas BBQ and hot and cold outdoor shower. Large kitchen with upgraded appliances, master bath with steam shower, spacious front and back decks. Four roomy bedrooms include two upstairs rooms each with king beds and ocean views as well as two downstairs rooms with two twin beds in one and a twin as well as a bunk bed in the other. Two cozy sofas in the den and two more in the great room. New home, new beds, new furniture and supplies. Near Capitola Village, Yacht Harbor, World Class Surfing on Pleasure Point, Santa Cruz Boardwalk, fishing, shopping, restaurants and unlimited entertainment.

Fantastic Home! The views are great from the living room/kitchen as well as both balconies. The kitchen is equipped with every item needed. The beds are new and of good quality as well as the linens & pillows. Our family was six adults and two children and we had more than enough room. The beach is great and the neighborhood was very well kept. Would highly recommend!

We had the most enjoyable time staying with our son and daughter and their families. The accomodations were spacious, immaculate, well appointed and well stocked. The views were spectacular. This was the best house we have ever rented. We give it our highest recommendation.
