Destiny-by-the-Sea is Destin’s premier Gulf front, gated community. The 2nd and 3rd floor front balconies offer great views of the Gulf, large community pool is just across the street. This gorgeous 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath custom home was just completed in August 2003. The home is not only beautiful but also practical and useful, sleeping 15, with two huge Master Suites on the 3rd floor with king beds and a fabulous view of the Gulf and pool from the front suite balcony. The Master baths have jacuzzi tubs and separate tile/marble showers. On the 2nd floor is a spacious den with fireplace and built-ins, a large kitchen with designer appliances and a long granite bar top, a huge laundry room, a large bedroom with king bed and its own bath. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms - one with 4 twin bunks and the other with 2 twins and a trundle - each with a private bath and a den with a kitchenette, queen sofa sleeper, and a DVD/VCR. High Speed Wireless Internet, 2 car Garage.
