I stayed here with my two kids and really enjoyed it. Our unit had a view of the beach/sunsets which was awesome. The apartment was nicely decorated and had pretty much everything we needed. The only downside was an electrical issue that was being fixed when we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner's Response: Stephanie and her family were wonderful guests! They were our first "full" house of guests using lots of computers, cell phones, hair dryers and all the electrical appliances that we need today...in addition to electric space heaters as she was here during a chilly week. She had a challenge with blowing fuses. We scheduled an electrician on the day of her departure to fix the issue..trying to correct the problem during her stay would have further interrupted her vacation. We've had guests since her stay and have no reported problems. Everything is fixed. We offered the Koshak's a refund or discount on a future stay. We were delighted when they agreed to a discount on a future stay. We look forward to welcoming them back later this spring. Stephanie....we hope to score five of five stars on the next stay!
