7 Night Minimum Located in the heart of Marathon. This waterfront, single family home offers two bedrooms, one bath, and dockage with quick ocean access. You can be diving, snorkeling, or have your lines in the water in no time! Immaculate and tastefully furnished, this lovely home is on a side street in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The master bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the canal. The guest room has a queen bed. Living room has pullout sofa, stereo/DVD, and TV. Tiled floors, new furniture throughout, bedrooms are carpeted. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, and honey wood cabinets. There is water and electric at the dock. Central air conditioning, dishwasher. No smoking, no pets. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Sombrero Beach.
