Nestled in beautiful, peaceful Boynton Beach, this home is 2 miles from the ocean. We are just 15 minutes from the West Palm Beach Airport and 35 min. from the Fort Lauderdale Airport. Home is located just 1/2 mile West of I-95. Our cozy home has 1,650 sq. feet, cute screened-in back patio, front porch, double driveway, barbecue grill, washer & dryer, garage, updated bathrooms, all new stainless steel appliances, 42'' screen TV, central air & heat. A very important feature is our Reverse Osmosis Filtration drinking water system (purified water). We provide you with a complimentary beach parking permit so you may park for free at all of our beautiful beaches. Our club house has a wide variety of activities, such as; bingo, aerobics, movies, dances, library, and much more. There is transportation to most anywhere. Most important is our large heated community pool. We are close to the Boynton Beach Mall, plus many other shops & fine dining. Additional queen-size sofa sleeper sleeps 2

We are surrounded by your choice of golf courses, shopping centers, orange groves, Green Markets (fresh vegetables & fruits), night clubs, etc.. Just 15 min. away from Boca Raton where you can visit Mizner Park for movies, shopping, restaurants, Clubs & more. Enjoy sipping coffee outside on the patio or swimming in our large, heated, community swimming pool, while your friends are back home shoveling snow!! Our club house has many activities, such as; bingo, line dancing, movies, computers, library, aerobics/water aerobics, etc. I also have bikes for you to ride, folding beach chairs, plus a complimentary beach parking permit which allows you to park for free at all of our beautiful beaches. At $2,400/month (3 month minimum), you won't want to go back home!!
