We have a beautiful, 4-bedroom waterway/canal home in the boating community of South Gulf Cove Port Charlotte, Fl. Boat access to the gulf. It is a split bedroom style so the master bedroom is on one side of the house with a master bath and two walk-in closets. All the bedrooms have queen size beds. Screened-in lanai overlooking waterway. Direct TV with 150 stations. Close to beaches, scenic restaurants, and pubs. This brand new home is in a private quiet retreat setting yet close to all amenities. 30 minutes from anything you would like to do. 80 minutes to Fort Meyers Airport. Local activities: Beaches, fishing, restaurants, pubs, shopping, evening entertainment and plenty of sun. Three hours to DisneyWorld. Average temperature in the winter is75-80 degrees. Bring your suntan lotion
