Situated right on Orange River, with boat landing directly to river. Paddle 100 yards into Orange Lake or go downstream and explore miles of unspoiled Orange River. Trout and Bass fishing and bird watching are a fine way to pass the day. West Quoddy Head lighthouse, Lubec, Campobello Island, Cutler Hiking Trails, Eastport Whale watching excursions are all within a easy access for day trips. Pet safe and pet friendly!!

AWESOME getaway!!!

The cabin and the weather was spectacular. Everything we needed was there.
Canoeing down the river was breathtaking and the fishing was an experience also.. :)
Morning's with Coffee and the boys on the porch waiting for Dave the rabbit to come say hello.
My lab was in his glory with the new scents and land to roam as he may. We didnt want to leave.
Thanks for the wonderful vacation Eric and Paula!!! We hope to return next year!!

Orange River summer...good times good times

What a lovely house!!! we had an excellent time last week canoeing up and down the river! Such a great location, very peaceful, you can't help but relax! perfect size house for me and the kiddos...and keep an eye out for Dave the large rabbit! I had coffee with him on the front porch in the mornings :)

FAMILY FUN!!!

The propert was everything we could ask for. Great conoeing, fishing and accomadations. Close to East Port and Bar Harbor but far enough away to enjoy the sounds of the loons & whipperwills. We will be back again next year. We hiked, conoed, rode ATV's, cooked smores around the campfire, seen a moose and caught a ton of fish. How does it get better than that. We are a family with 4 kids ranging from 16-5 and everyone was comfortible and content the entire time. "Try that in a hotel room"

The Owners (Eric & Paula) of this property met us upon arrival and treated us like family.......... Can't Wait Till Next Year!

A Little Piece Of Heaven!

I am a traveling nurse and worked at the Down East Community Hospital in Machias located about 15 miles away. I stayed at the End Of Road Camp for 6 months and hated to leave. It's a great location, peaceful and quiet. The people were exceptionally friendly. The camp is big enough for friends and family...and people of all ages. The Blueberry Festival is a great time of year, and the leaves in the fall are breathtaking. Nearby West Quoddy Head Light (house), Wild Blueberry Land, Raye's Mustard and Maine Sea Salt are just a few wonderful attractions. Plenty of rich history in the area. The Giant Panda has excellent chinese food, the Fat Cat Deli & Pizzeria makes awesome pizza, Helen's restaurant in Machias makes mouth-watering blueberry pie, and don't forget about the fresh lobster! Plenty of beaches and ocean nearby. Loved every minute of it and would go back in a heartbeat!
