Roomy, tastefully furnished, very clean and modern (built in 2003), 3 level, 2600 square foot condo sleeps 12 and is perfect for your 1, 2 or 3 family vacation getaway. Main floor has kitchen, dining area, family room, full bath and queen bedroom. Second floor has queen bedroom, a 2 twin bedroom and full bathroom. Lower level is finished with a 2 twin bedroom, a queen bed and pull-out sofa. Bed linens are provided. Renter must bring their own bath towels. Parking for 3 cars, Private entrance, washer/dryer, Gas fireplace in family room, wide screen TV, ping pong table, back deck with grill, furnished screened in porch.

Widescreen TV/Playstation 2: There are 3 TVs, including a wide-sreen TV with surround sound theater system in the family room. A Playstation 2 is available to keep the kids entertained, and lots of board games are available for your use.

Great Location: Conveniently located between downtown N. Conway and Attitash ski resort. Also easily accessible to Mt. Cranmore, Wildcat Mountain, Bretton Woods (aka Mt. Washington resort), Sunday River. Additional activities in the area include Cross country ski trails, hiking, snowmobiling, outlet shopping, and restaurants galore.

Two great thing about this townhouse

1.) The LOCATION. It's really close to town, the beautiful White Mountains and all of the activities the region has to offer, but it's off the main road of N. Conway. So you can generally come and go without having to travel through town.

2.) The LAYOUT. With 3 floors and 3 bathrooms with showers, multiple families or groupings can have their own space and privacy.

Perfect Family Summer Holiday!

This semi-detached home was *huge*! Exactly as described, fully equipped and clean, set in a quiet condo community. Spacious bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms, plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, tv, games, etc! Even items for little ones (bed rail in closet upstairs, baby feeding spoons, plastic cups and plates). We especially appreciated the pile of tourist attraction brochures and local restaurant menus in the kitchen. Just pack your clothes and your toothbrush!

Plenty of space for 2 families plus ++ (smaller family or grandparents). We were only a family of 4 (2 kids under 10yrs) plus grandparents (6 total) and several rooms remained untouched. 3 full bathrooms and layout of bedrooms+bathroom on each of 3 levels makes it ideal for multi-family getaway.

Location could not be beat - walk to Diana's Baths (little 60sec path from complex to start of the trail). 5min drive to main street North Conway (boutiques, restaurants, shopping outlets, Walmart, big Hanneford grocery store). 15min the other direction to Glen Junction (restaurants, StoryLand, Liquor store....). Central to many ski hills (closest being Cranmore, Attitash, and Wildcat). We stocked the fridge first day (breakfasts, snacks, picnic lunch items) and were set!

So much to see and do, we enjoyed StoryLand, Santa's Village, Whales Tale Waterpark, Attitash Mtn, Ziplining and Gondola at Wildcat Mtn, Lost River Gorge and Caves, Diana's Baths, Cathedral Ledge, The Cog Railroad up Mt Washington, Conway Scenic Railroad.... The White Mountains Summer Attractions Pass proved to be good value. We enjoyed several local restaurants - Glen Junction (great breakfast), 99, Cabin Fever, Muddy Moose.

Don't hesitate to book with Anne, she was pleasant and easy to deal with, and condo is clean, beautifully furnished and decorated, fully equipped, and comfortable to come home to after full days of sightseeing or skiing.

Set your GPS for Diana's Baths - community entrance is right next door.

Clean and spacious

We had a lot of fun at this condo. We can't stress how clean and modern this condo is. The kids had a blast at Story Land and even took them to Diana's baths since it was so close (literally a stones throw from the entrance). There were 3 families and we all had plenty of room to spread out. We can't thank Anne and Peter enough for letting us use their condo and making our stay a memorable one!!!

MY FAMILY OF 12 STAYED HERE FOR MLK WEEKEND THIS YEAR. THE CONDO WAS EVERYTHING WE HOPED FOR. IT WAS A PERFECT SIZE FOR OUR FAMILY. EVERYONE WAS COMFORTABLE. THIS CONDO IS WELL KEPT, WITH NICE FURNITURE & PLENTY OF TOWELS, SHEETS, BLANKETS, ETC. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT! WE WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN! THANKS SO MUCH, ANNE!

Great fall getaway

We just returned from a wonderful fall weekend in North Conway. Our group of ten loved the Kuczynski's condo!! It accomodated us perfectly. With bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor, it was very comfortable for the two families and Gram and Pop. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the Fryeburg fair, hiking, and shopping during our stay. We also enjoyed dinners at the Red Parka Pub and the Red Fox.
