Beautiful, rustic cottage with 100 feet of private waterfront on the edge of beautiful Newfound Lake looking over to scenic Mt. Cardigan. Located in Bridgewater NH. This cottage is the perfect get away for a quiet family vacation. Private stone pier located in front of the cottage with your own private sandy swim area, with a mooring for your boat. Newfound Lake is known for trout and bass fishing. There is a public boat launch at Wellington State Park across the lake and a local marina with boats for rent. Local area attractions include, Mt. Cardigan for hiking, Polar Caves, Sculptured Rocks, Weirs Beach amusement area, Ruggles Mine, New Hampshire Audubon Center with an educational visitors center and lots of walking trails.

  • Rental Rate during prime season is $1,600.00 per week. Daily rental rates available off season.
  • - $1,600 per week
    - Renters are expected to clean the cottage and leave it in condition it was when they arrived. $75.00 will be withheld from the return of any security deposit if the cottage needs cleaning upon your departure.
    - 1/3 of rental fee & security deposit is required with signed contract to reserve your week(s). Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Security deposit will be returned to you after a full cottage inspection has been performed to insure cleanliness and damage check.
  • Rental rate is for an occupancy of up to 8 people. $50/day will be charged per person if there are more than 8 people on the property during your rental period.

Check in is Saturday, 3pm, check out Saturday at 11 am. 1/3 deposit required with signed contract to reserve your week. The balance and a $200 security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Come stay with us at Beautiful Newfoundl Lake, the cleanest Lake in the State of New Hampshire. We offer beautiful views of the Lake, Mt. Cardigan with breath taking sunsets. Enjoy your own private beach and swimming area. Relax on the porch with a good book. Fall asleep to the sounds of Loons calling.
