The boardwalk leads to the white sands and crystal blue green Gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to Gulfarium, Fishing Pier, restaurants, beach shops and more. Walk on the beach or the sidewalk...no car needed. This is a no hassel, conveniently located condo.

Fort Walton Beach/Okaloosa Island is great vacation spot. Destin is a 10-15 minute drive depending on the traffic. The fishing pier is within walking distance as well as many shops and restaurants both on the beach and bayside.

There are 4 LCD flat screen TVs, one is 52' in the living room'. Great for watching a sporting event or movie while inside relaxing. A gorgeous view of the Gulf, sand dunes, pools and hot tub from the living room couch and the patio that is just steps from the pool area. There are lots of fun things to do for everyone in the family. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Choose to either walk along the beach or the sidewalk about a 15 minute walk to the fishing pier.

There is one king, two queen beds and bunk bed set for the kiddos. Very Family Friendly. Washer & Dryer in laundry room. There is a beach service for chairs and umbrella which you would need to see the attendant on the beach for this service. It runs from March 1 - October 31. The location of this condo can't be beat, just walk right out the patio door and you are on the beach.
