Another stunning feature of this magnificent home are the two huge game rooms: one for kids; and, one for adults. The adult game room is 25 x 40 feet with two antler chandeliers, a huge stone fireplace built from the stone of the original 1935 home, a ping pong table, air hockey table, and entertainment center. Go upstairs to the loft where the kids can play table soccer, pool, Wii, Wiki Fit, watch TV or go out on the balcony that overlooks the 1/2 acre flat back yard -- big enough to play soccer. And, the backyard has its own customized 2-story kiddie cabin/playhouse with circular slide to the playground.
The dining room has the largest single pane of glass (8 x11 feet) that can be made, to give you a panoramic view of the mountains, the swimming pool, and waterfall while you dine. The dining room opens up to a large kitchen and keeping room with a huge stacked stone gas log fireplace. The dining room has 4 tables to seat 28 and opens up into the foyer and a step down into a formal living room with a marble gas log fireplace, a large mirror to reflect the panoramic mountain range from the huge windows that overlook the front porch, pool, and mountain range.
The living room opens up into a hall that services both the great room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom is 28 x 20 and has a sitting area and a staircase that ascends to two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bunk bed. The other is the 'Cinderella tower' bedroom -- an octagon shape room with bunks, a sofa sleeper and a TV. This tower overlooks the front of the estate, with views of the pool and the mountain range, and the best view of downtown Gatlinburg of any room in the house.
