Beautifully furnished, and artfully appointed this Mammoth Lakes rental condo features a designer decor of authentic western antiques & memorabilia. In addition, it has a large gourmet kitchen including all appliances and cooking gear necessary for any level of chef, and full amenities including washer and dryer in unit, as well as DVD and video library.
Each of the 3 bedrooms includes plump pillows and warm, quality bed linens & blankets, and bathrooms are stocked full of thirsty towels. Our daybed room contains two twin beds and has a private rear entrance to a lovely, grassy back yard in the summer which is adjacent to the Snowcreek Meadow Preserve. There are bike/nordic ski trailhead. We have a stair accessible, open and cozy loft which sleeps an additional 4 people - for a total of up to 10!
Hiking and mountain bike trails are available within 100 yards, beautiful views in all seasons, and easy access during winter. Mammoth Creek runs on the edge of the property providing an ambiance few have in Mammoth - and children under 12 can fish in the creek!
Mammoth Shuttle stop to mountain and downtown is at driveway entrance, plenty of parking, and location is convenient to town for dining and shopping, as well as all Mammoth Mountain ski lifts!

I have owned this property since 1994. I fell in love with Mammoth and it became a favorite destination getaway for myself and my family - being a resident of Los Angeles, it is the perfect distance for a relaxing escape from this bustling city.

Mammoth is a favorite skiing area, yet provides year round benefits due to the splendor and majesty of the Sierras. I chose to purchase this unit after years of renting in Mammoth recognizing that it is a place that is impossible to find boring. There is always a new trail to discover whether by skiing, hiking, or fishing.
I love to ski in the winter, fish in the summer, and relax in front of a roaring fire place with a cup of tea or hot coco.
Nearby natural hot springs, as well as fine dining available in the town of Mammoth Lakes. Bodie, historic ghost town, Mono Lake, Yosemite, June Lake are in close proximity by auto. These are easy, beautiful day trips to any or all of the places mentioned. Pack a picnic and head out!
