You really cannot beat the location of the Park Avenue Condominiums, located beside the golf course, and walking distance from Payday, First Time and Eagle Lifts at Park City Mountain Resort. Cozily tucked away off of Park Avenue, you can walk to the local market, Starbucks, or some of the best Ski Shops in Park City, including Jan's and Cole Sport. There are 2 new shared hot tubs, and a heated pool and sauna located directly across from the unit. The Nordic track runs right past your door and world class golfing and skiing are steps away.

If you would like to explore the rest of Park City the free bus line stops steps from your front door, where you can easily get to The Canyons or Deer Valley Resort to experience the wide variety of ski and snowboarding terrain Park City offers. Historic Main Street is a quick bus ride or walk down Park Avenue, where you can stroll, eat, and shop to your hearts content. If chasing powder stashes in Jupiter Bowl is not enough to get your adrenaline going, the outlet Malls and beautiful new Redstone Village are only a bus ride away to soothe your inner shopaholic.

About Jeffrey Buehl

I purchased the 2 bedroom unit upstairs(78537) with my family in 2005 and we now manage this 1 bedroom unit for the owners downstairs. We live in Park City and love the beauty and peacefulness of Park City. It is a small city in the mountains without the crime and stress of a real city. It is paradise.

The location is unbeatable with everything out your doorstep. You can really walk to everything from these units.

What makes this condo unique

The skiing is great and now with the new Squatters brew pub, you can walk across the street and grab a beer or sandwich. We love the Municipal Golf Course as well. The pool is especiaally nice in the summer. Main St is also a just a short walk.

We have been coming to Park City for years and we decided to come alone without the kids this year. We wanted a good bargain and a great location walking distance to everything. This condo fulfilled all those needs. It is very cozy with a gas fireplace and fresh carpet and paint. The bed has a down comforter and was very comfortable. the heated pool and hot tubs were right across from the unit which was very convenient. The ski slopes, shopping and dining were all steps a away. A+

Best location in town. Market and drugstore across the street. minutes to the slope. busses anywhere you want to go.

No way 6 people could sleep there.

Great Condo, Great Location

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week to ski at Deer Valley. The place was a good size, clean, and nicely maintained. And the covered parking was really nice. We had most of our breakfasts and dinners in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great...close to town and within walking distance to starbucks, fresh market, and other stores.

Also my husband tends to ski longer than I do and it was very easy to catch the bus back to the condo when I wanted to leave early.

Jeff was very responsive, always quick to answer question and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable condo in great location

We stayed in this condo for almost 2 weeks. It was our first ski trip to Park City and we had a great time. The condo was comfortable and cozy and large enough for us (2 adults + 1 teenager). It had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was great, right across from a big super marked, and across from the shuttle stop taking you to all 3 ski resorts. The pool and Jacuzzi and the laundry room was steps from the condo, which was very convenient. The property manager, Jeff, was very helpful. Before our trip, he send us tons of information and tips. He greeted us at our arrival and during our stay he was always available and very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely come back to Park City and rent from Jeff again.

Summer Rental

I stayed 3.5 months over the summer on a consulting contract in downtown Salt Lake. The commute was very doable, the condo was well appointed, and the location was great. The location is perfect for winter skiers, but also prime for summer outdoor activities. Jeff was fantastic to deal with, I would highly recommend it.

location location location!

We stayed in this condo with our two young children for nearly two weeks. The proximity to the shuttle stop, market and park city resort is unbeatable especially at such a reasonable rate. The unit is clean and nicely furnished with ample sleeping space for up to 4 people. I can't say enough about Jeff as the prop mgr - he was responsive and extremely helpful.

Shoulder season stay! Didn't want to leave!

My stay was here for a few months during the shoulder season. Easier commute to my job at the canyons. This is the perfect location. Walk to the grocery store, walk to the movie theater, and just a short walk to main street. Primo spot! The condo is beautiful and comfy! The area is so beautiful to walk around. Great scenery! Lots of trees and green in the complex! Jeff is also such a great guy! He is very responsive, understanding, and helpful when needed. Highly recommend to anyone staying in park city!
