Clearwater Beach retreat with a house and a cottage/studio on the same property and licensed as a weekly rental. Quiet and upscale in the residential and quiet North Beach community. Sit on the patio and enjoy your beach views. Beautiful landscaping on this corner lot. This two home non-smoking retreat has a fully furnished house with two bedrooms, two baths and two queen futons in the living room. The cottage is a tropical efficiency with its own kitchen, dining, queen bed and queen futon. A public pool is nearby (in season) and the gulf beach is only 32 steps away! Fully furnished! Gas grill, TVs, cable, Internet, multiple driveways for parking, beautiful landscaping. Walk or ride bikes to shopping, dining or island attractions. Take the public trolley around the island or go as far south as Treasure Island!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Discount may apply for rental of cottage and house. Either may be rented without the other.
  • A cleaning charge of $80 will be added to the cottage.
  • A $500.00 non-refundable reservation deposit will hold your reservation until 30 days prior to your arrival, at that time your rent, tax and cleaning fee are due in full. Your $500.00 non-refundable reservation deposit now becomes your $500 refundable damage deposit. This $500.00 deposit is refunded within 14 days after departure as long as there are no damages or excessive housekeeping issues, normal wear and tear accepted. You may also have the option of purchasing a $45.00 DAMAGE WAIVER POLICY instead of the $500 damage deposit fee at the discretion of the owner. Your credit card account number will still be held on file in case of smoking inside residence, pets on premises, or excessive cleaning or failure to comply with the cleaning requirements as stated in terms and conditions. No refunds through MC/VISA or other charge cards due to your cancellation. We do offer Travel Insurance through Travel Guard to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances.
