A refundable deposit of $500.00 is required and this secures the week. The balance is then split in two equal payments according to the lease agreement.
Fees And Taxes 11% florida tax is not included in weekly rate. 300.00 cleaning fees are also not included. for example one week stay during summer months will be $3500.00 + 385.00 + 300.00 for a total of $4185.00 for a seven day stay.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The pictures do not do this house justice and it's in such a great location. It's a 5 minute (or less) walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to everything else. It was just the perfect vacation spot for our extended family vacation. Thank you so much! I hope to get the opportunity to return soon!
