Spacious condo with private access in a sumptuous decor, sliding doors on two complete walls opening up on a huge balcony (private and covered), the ideal place to relax. A calm and intimate place with a magnificent ocean view. This condo can accommodate 2-4 persons and offers: One private bedroom with king size bed and queen sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan, cable and telephone. Three pools, two restaurants (Agave & Fungi's), two beaches directly on the site and Coki Beach at a walking distance (8 minutes), Lindquist Beach about 2 miles from Point Pleasant, tennis courts and training center, 24 hours security.
