The Moorings North is a beautifully custom designed 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with elevator and is located directly on Chincoteague Channel with incredible views of sparkling Chincoteague Bay. Thoughtfully designed by Richard Vesely, and beautifully furnished and decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. The main living area has floor to ceiling windows providing a panoramic view of Chincoteague Bay. There is a 'Gazebo in the sky' off the dinning area with gas grill and outside dinning while you enjoy the boat traffic in the channel and the breathtaking sunsets over the bay. Ping-Pong table on the first floor for the kids and the young at heart. There is a charcoal Weber grill, picnic table and chairs on the covered patio at ground level just feet from the water. Bulkhead on deep water channel provides tie up space for up to a 65' boat. Fish and crab just feet from the back door. On occassion you can see pods of Dolphin swimming in channel. Always a variety of birds.
