The Master bedroom has a King bed with Crema Marfel stone in the attached bathroom and California Closet design. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and a trundle bed (with two singles)- both bedrooms have new carpets. The condo has a large living room area with a plasma TV (Directv) and fully equipped DVD, CD Player and comfortable furniture. Hardwood floors throughout the kitchen, living area and dining area. 1 garage space and 2 street passes.
Kid friendly - crib/cot available upon request. I also provide a highchair and stroller.
No Pets. I provide deep discount for long term rentals - one month or more!

We live part time in Santa Monica and love the area. We wish we could live here all the time.
We have family that live in the area and Santa Monica is one of the best places to live and visit. We love the fact that we can walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and at the same time have easy access to all that LA has to offer.
We have a very comfortable and quiet unit. We have updated both bathrooms and kitchen in stone, crema marfel and granite. We are located in the heart of Santa Monica, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach.
