Ideal home for family gatherings!

This in town residence has been called the most unique house in Breckenridge. This stunning contemporary architecturally designed home is on a 1 1/2 half acre lot next to open space trails in Sunbeam Estates, one of Breckenridge’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

Built into the hillside, every room in the home has views of the ski area. The great room has a soaring ceiling, original art and a circular wall of glass, where you can view all the ski mountains plus 8 other peaks!

Centrally located in Breckenridge's Historic District, our home is an eight minute walk to Main Street shopping and dining. Or take a quick walk to the town park with a sledding hill and public tennis courts. During ski season this house is a five minute walk to the town's indoor/outdoor ice skating rink and the FREE SHUTTLE which stops at ALL Peaks and In-town destinations.

This home is built on multiple levels with radiant-heat floors and has 5 bedrooms and 1 loft. 4 of the bedrooms are furnished with private bathrooms. One bedroom sleeps 10 (includes the loft) and is ideal for children. The main level master bedroom has a king size bed in a windowed alcove, a reading/TV viewing area, and a jetted tub. The top/main level includes a luxury kitchen, dining area and breakfast nook area and a large private deck with a gas grill and hot tub where you can soak in a fabulous mountain sunset aprés ski. There are 2 additional decks with mountain views for your privacy and enjoyment.

The Great Room accomodates 14 people comfortably, while the lower level bedrooms offer privacy and are removed from the activity of the main level living area.

The secluded 6 person hot tub also has views of the ski area.

NOTE: We require a minimum stay of three nights and five nights during the holiday season. Rates are located at the bottom of the page.

Renters must be a minimum of 28 years old.

Taxes are included.

Fifty percent fee is due at time of reservation; remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival with additional refundable $1,000 security deposit. Weekly rates include a discount.

All linens and towels are provided. A one-time, additional cleaning fee of $350 applies to all rentals. Interim maid service is available and OPTIONAL at a cost of $150 per cleaning.

Our home is a ten minute walk from Main Street shopping and dining, eight minute walk to the town park and public tennis courts, volleyball courts and sledding hill, a five minute walk to the town's indoor/outdoor ice skating rink and a four minute walk to the town ski shuttle, which stops at all major lifts.
