It is located on the tranquil west coast of Tobago and is poised on an elevated landscaped area within the 24-hour secured gated Villa Resort Community. This Villa is located next to the 260-acre Grafton Caledonia Bird Sanctuary and is within walking distance of some of Tobago’s finest beaches with golden sand and clear blue waters-----Mt. Irvine Bay, Stonehaven Bay and Grange Bay. This villa is fully furnished and is equipped with all the comforts of a home.

  • Rates are between $250 - $ 500 and are subject to change without notice for Public/Major Holidays.
  • 1. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
    2. Rates for specific holidays and occasions are not included above.
    3. Terms and Condition Agreement will be provided prior to confirmation of booking.
    4. All reservations will require a 30% deposit.
    5. Checking-in and checking-out is at 12 Noon.
    7. House-keeping services are provided six (6) day per week.
    8. Cooking/Catering can be provided for an additional charge.
  • 1. A 30% deposit is required to secure your vacation schedule and the remaining balance is due no later than
    10 weeks prior to your arrival date. All reservations/booking that are made less than 10 weeks prior to the
    arrival date must submit the full payment for period requested. If the full balance is not received at this time
    we reserve the right to cancel your booking and your deposit will be forfeited.
    2. Guest Check-in starts from 3:00 PM and Check-out is at 12:00 Noon on the day of departure. Check-outs
    that occur after 12:00 Noon will incur charges of an additional day’s accommodation.
    3. The Villa is sleeps up to five (5) persons. Only persons stated on the Booking Form are permitted to stay at
    this Villa. Subletting is not permitted
