Newly built four bedroom, three and a half bath home near famous Waimea Bay. Great design bedrooms on separate level from main living area. Centrally located, walking distance to Waimea Bay. Relax in one of three bedroom suites, each featuring a king bed, spacious walk-in closet and private stone bathroom. The home features bamboo floors throughout, new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and outdoor shower and swimming pool. Additional sleeping accommodations include a kids room with a full bed and an additional twin bed or couch/bed in the master suite. Grand entrance with African mahogany stairs, foyer with 30 ft ceilings, great room and kitchen with limestone floors. Vaulted open beam ceilings, views of the pacific ocean and palm trees. Over 1000 sq ft of covered lanai. Jaw dropping beaches up the street or snorkeling at nearby Sharks Cove, lots of land and private new swimming pool in the backyard. Big carport and ample parking. Gorgeous home. Great value.
