This updated unit features a new kitchen with all appliances and cookware, comfortable dining room which seats up to 6, a relaxing ocean view living area, an ocean view master suite with super comfortable king size bed and Plantation shutters. The large balcony offers a dining table for 4 plus 2 comfortable chairs and ottoman for hours of watching the dolphin play & birds forage along the shoreline. The pool is cool and inviting with plenty of lounge chairs. There are manicured grounds perfect for kids to play on when they are ready to get off the beach (if that happens!). Enjoy a morning walk with a cup of coffee to start your day at the beach and then perhaps a picnic while you enjoy watching the waves lap on the beach or come in from a few hours of surfing. The Atlantic Ocean is ever changing and can go from glass-like to rolling waves to chops over the course of your stay, but it is all fun and a beauty to behold.

The bold reds and golds of the setting sun will amaze you as sailboats glide by and the fisherman pull up their rods after another day of catching reds, trout or any number of popular fish in the area.

Early Fall at the beach is a fabulous time to visit Amelia Island. It's a quieter time, but still warm enough to play in the ocean and relax on the beach. Enjoy magnificent ocean views, walk on 13 miles of white sandy beaches and enjoy all the Amelia Island area has to offer from this beachfront condominium. Located directly OCEANFRONT with white sandy beaches and sea oats.

If you enjoy hiking or biking don't miss Fort Clinch State Park's trails and be sure to check out the long pier if you like to fish. The historic Fort is a treat to experience and will allow you to take a step back in time. There are also picnic areas, playgrounds and miles of beach and marsh to explore. This is an excellent area for finding fossilized sharks teeth. Whether lounging on the beach, looking for shells and fossilized sharks teeth, catching up on your reading or investigating this historic area you are sure to have a wonderful vacation full of treasured memories.
