If you plan to rent a boat or charter a sight-seeing/fishing trip there is a local marina only 30 seconds away and another just around the corner. Numerous Eco Tours are also close at hand. Several offer kayak and canoe trails through untamed estuaries. Tennis players can play at the friendly Tennis Club which is just down the street. During their respective seasons one can enjoy the Red Sox and Twins spring training games, FGCU University basketball and baseball, and Everblades Hockey. We literally are just a hop, skip or a jump to a host of activities.

Enjoy a day in the well marked backwaters of Hickory Bay and surrounding estuaries. Whether just sightseeing or serious fishing you find it a beautiful place to spend a day! We are avid fishermen and can share places and methods to make your fishing trips successful. There are some guided tours too if you want to relax and let a local show you the way.
Golf:
Golfers can have access 'In-season' to a near-by country club! Off-season, we have arrangements for Free Access To 35 Area Golf Courses plus discounted green fees from May 1 until Oct. 31st. For kids a miniature course, Golf Safari, is almost next door!
