The house is 50 m from the street in a quiet area. The 80 m² free-standing house on a 500 m² property is set-up for a max. 6 people. The house has 2 adult bedrooms, 1 child's bedroom and 2 bathrooms (new), 1 living room and a kitchen. In addition to the well-maintained garden, there is a pool terrace surrounded by Mediterranean plants. The upper terrace is connected to the living room. There is a dining table in the shaded area that seats 6 and a gas grill is provided. There are 4 sun beds on the pool terrace, 1 umbrella and another garden table with chairs. Access to the 8 x 4 m pool is via flat stairs and is thus great for kids. A German caretaker is available at any time. Pool and garden maintenance is taken care of by professionals.

You can find your daily necessities in the supermarkets, like at home. The location is in the southern cliff line area, our house is about 400 m away. You have a breath-taking view of the southern coast. Cala Covas bay, famous in international sailing circles, is nearby.

Toller Urlaub zu 6 !!

Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man in einem Haus so braucht. Küche - Gas. Fernseher, Stereoanlage, Gasgrill etc. Die Außenanlage und der Pool des sehr ruhig gelegenen Hauses sind sehr gepflegt. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand sollte man einen fahrbaren Untersatz haben. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (11 J.) für 14 Tage da und waren alle begeistert. Einziges kleines Manko sind die Betten, sie könnten härter bzw. gemütlicher sein. Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Etagenbett ist für 2 Kinder zu klein. Lösung: die "Großen haben eine Pomada mehr getrunken und die Kinder haben im Wohn-Ess-Bereich geschlafen :-)
Das Ferienhaus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ! Auch wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Ruhig gelegenes Haus

Dass Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen, ruhig und für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Der eigene Pool ist genial und man hat genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden wie auch zum spielen. Die Einrichtung ist typisch spanisch. Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sauber und die Besitzer sind sehr nett.

Sommerurlaub 2009

Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen Sommerurlaub in der Casa Pedro verbracht. Die Casa Pedro wird auf dem Fotos gut dargestellt und bietet alles, was man braucht, um auch als Eltern zu entspannen: Liegestühle in Sonne und Schatten am Pool, der mit seiner Absenkung bis auf 2 m Tiefe für viel „Sprungvergnügen“ bei unseren Kids sorgte. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher „en masse“ zur Verfügung stehen und durch die Waschmaschine die Möglichkeit besteht, den Umfang des Reisegepäcks auch mit kleineren Kindern überschaubar zu halten. Mit dem Auto sind Supermarkt, alle Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel gut zu erreichen. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter/den Hauswart ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Casa Pedro ist für all diejenigen zu empfehlen, die abseits vom Massentourismus ruhige Urlaubstage verbringen wollen.

Wir haben nun schon das zweite Jahr in Folge unseren Urlaub im Casa Pedro verbracht und hoffen sehr, daß es in diesem Jahr
wieder klappt.
Unsere beiden Kinder sind geradezu verliebt in das Haus und
den Pool.
Das Haus hat die ideale Größe für eine vierköpfige Familie. Es ist
sauber und nicht nur " zweckmäßig" eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden.
In der Küche findet sich alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt.
Außerdem bietet der Gasgrill auch eine gute Alternative.
Der Garten ist wunderschön bepflanzt, so daß man sich auch einfach gerne am Haus aufhält und nicht immer das Gefühl hat,eine reine Schlafstätte gemietet zu haben, so wie
es uns leider ein paar mal ergangen ist.
Wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt.
Für uns ist das Haus der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die zahlreichen, wunderschönen Buchten dieser Insel.Wir haben nach zwei Urlauben noch lange nicht alle gesehen! Da ist ein Mietwagen natürlich Vorraussetzung.
Auch der nahe gelegene Strand von Cala en Porter ist sehr schön.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sie jederzeit
mit jeglichen Fragen traktieren. Auch der Hausverwalter vor Ort
hat immer ein offenes Ohr für jedes Problem.
Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen.
