This private compound features the four bedroom Homestead House, two bedroom Carriage House, and a covered pavilion in the entry courtyard with a waterfall and stream. The Retreat is located in a 400 acre aspen forest - a mature, covenanted area of upscale homes on acreage in the woods directly adjacent to Telluride's Mountain Village, up on Telluride's ski mountain. Enjoy Telluride's free gondola system, free parking, and our newest and nicest grocery store - all less than five minutes by car, just around the corner from the new Saddle Horn Retreat. Enjoy the best of everything - commanding views of Wilson Peak and the San Sophia mountains through the woods - and state of the art amenities including wall-mounted flat screen TVs, satellite feeds, oversized jetted hot tub on a very private deck with built-in sound, fountains, special lighting, etc. Gourmet kitchens, steam showers, black marble countertops, tumbled marble travertine in the baths - we're going to pamper you!!

  • Our base rates include up to eight guests at the Homestead House, and up to four additional guests in the optional Carriage House - adults or children. These rates are based on a typical 5-7 night stay, and a separate cleaning fee is charged for each residence.

    The Carriage House (a guest house a few feet from the Homestead House) is offered as an option to renters of the main house. It acts like a 'lockoff' with two additional bedrooms and baths. If you do not wish to rent the Carriage House as an additional option, it will remain empty throughout your stay to protect your privacy in the main house.
