SPRING BREAK DATES STILL AVAILABLE!! Our home is on the first floor of the Highlands Westview. A short walk down the hall to the ski locker where you can grab your skis, walk directly on to the Highlands skiway and ski 150 yards down to the Centennial lift! Whether it's a quick lunch break or the end of the day, take the Highlands skiway to the same Westview entrance. After a hard day of skiing, relax in the beautiful, outdoor hot tub with terrific views down valley. With two sets of bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, there is plenty of room for two families to share the condo. New televisions were recently added to the living room and two bedrooms. The bathrooms were remodeled in Fall 2011. Take advantage of the Highlands Lodge concierge and front desk services as well as the daily maid service!

We are a short walk away from the the shops of Beaver Creek. With a cosmopolitan ambiance combining European graciousness and Colorado warmth, the resort offers an unrivaled menu of activities!

About Alex Buecking

We live in Denver and love taking advantage of the mountain living during both the summer and winter! Our condo has been family owned since 1992. We have enjoyed watching our children create their own memories of beautiful Beaver Creek.

What makes this condo unique

As avid skiers, the advantage of ski-in ski-out is unparalleled. The ability to spend a couple of hours on the mountain before returning to the condo for lunch is a great amenity. We also love to use the Allegria Spa at the Park Hyatt and enjoy the short walk to the Village for shopping and restaurants.

This three bedroom condo was excellent for two families to share. The living space was very well appointed and the bunk room for the kids was a hit. The ski in/ski out ability could not be beaten. The ski and boot storage was located with in steps of the trail and down the hall from the condo. The hot tub down the hall was private and excellent or we could use the main two hot tubs and pool. The concierge was A+ and the owner of the unit could not have been nicer or more helpful. We will be back!! Thanks.
Also the underground parking was perfect, though we did not use our car as the village was a short walk.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Awesome place! Perfect for a family...very comfy, convenient to slopes and hot tub and shuttle to the Beaver Creek Village quick and easy! Loved it and will return!

Not the biggest place we have stayed in at Beaver, and a stretch for 4 adults & 4 kids, but still ok.
Good location, just short stroll to Park Hyatt, and true ski in out as long as the snow holds out on the paths.
Beds were extremely comfortable..... Huge plus..... Kitchen small but adequate.
Would recommend for 6 people .... Maybe 8 for a short stay.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children
