This very special home is warm and cozy from the cute tree cut out shutters outside to the knotty pine interior. The living area is spacious and dominated by a dramatic river rock fireplace which wraps around into the kitchen. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodeled. Large windows on the back of the house bring in lots of light and look out onto the large private south-facing deck with large jetted jacuzzi hot tub and view through the tree tops across the Brockway Golf Course. The master suite has a private bathroom and door to the deck. This home is wonderful for honeymoons, anniversaries, or a relaxing get-away with good friends and family! This great North Shore location between the greatly improved Northstar Ski Resort and the Lake offers cross country ski out in the winter, hiking, biking, jogging and tennis in nearby North Tahoe Regional Park in the summer.

The bike/cross country trail can be accessed at the west end of North Avenue or above the home on Pinedrop. Great level street access in the winter and parking for 2-3 cars. This charming home is @1,500 sq. ft. and is well maintained by the owner/manager. Quality linens and towels provided.
