Two bedroom/two bath riverfront condo on beautiful Clark Fork River, minutes from downtown Missoula, Montana; a bustling University community filled with great restaurants, night-life, art, music and theatre. Relax on the deck; enjoy the view, fish right out your door or walk along the river trail. Condo is near many hiking/biking trails. Easy access off I-90 to visit Glacier National Park three hours away or visit all the other beautiful areas Montana has to offer.

Year round retreat with downhill and cross-country skiing nearby. An outdoor paradise for all seasons awaits you!!

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry room, two decks, a seasonal outdoor pool near condo unit. It is a cozy, quiet condo; many of the owners live there year round.

I have lived and worked in Montana all my life; I now live near Missoula but wanted to keep my condo so that visitors to Missoula could enjoy the beautiful view on the river and explore the city of Missoula and the state.

I have lived in Montana all my life and like sharing the Montana experience with travelers who enjoy all the beautiful nature this state has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

Convenient location; 5 minutes to downtown Missoula yet 5 minutes to I-90 access. Relax on the deck, river front, enjoy the walking trails, or fish right out the door. Condo is near hiking, biking trails, 3 hour drive to Glacier National Park. Year round retreat with cross country and down-hill skiing an hour away. Air conditioned for comfort in the summer and a cozy gas fireplace in the winter. Quiet area but minutes to town for more excitement!!

Relaxing Month in Missoula

We stayed at this property in August, 2012 and have already booked it again for August, 2013! It is perfectly located, just a short distance outside of downtown Missoula, but you can easily bike or walk to a nearby grocery store. We loved the peaceful, quiet atmosphere on the Clarks Fork River, and enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the tubers floating by. The unit is spacious and has all the amenities you might need....even WiFi....and you feel like you are at home rather than in a hotel. The owner was very accommodating and welcomed us with a very nice gift basket. We would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Missoula.

Great location...mt bike from the door....fish the Clark Fork almost from the deck if you are so inclined. Close enough to town but yet far enough away from the noise and traffic. Nice unit..... nicely furnished. Owner was very acomodating. Thank-you.

Great condo right on the river

Very warm and comfortable condo with everything you need. Owner welcomed us with a nice basket of goodies. We walked the path each morning watching birds, a bald eagle and a fox. It's convenient to everything in town and after staying there we would definitely go back again. It's also a very quiet location. It's so nice to rent from a nice person too!

I recently stayed at this property and couldn't have had a better experience! Not only was the condo situated on a beautiful stretch of the river, but it was spacious and had every amenity we needed. We loved sitting by the fire, grilling on the patio and cooking in the full kitchen. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, greeting us with a gift basket of snacks and supplying coffee, sodas, and beer upon our arrival. She was always available for questions and was very pleasant and helpful. This was the best value for my money, definitely beat staying in a hotel. I will be back, hopefully sooner rather than later!
