Why the Owner Chose Grandview West at Long Beach: Large 4 bedroom unit on beach and close to alot of activity. Low density.

VCR/DVD in all four bedrooms and living room. Has front and back deck. Both are tiled. Has a small workout area on the second floor over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is close restaurants like Carrabbas/Bonefish Grill, amusement parks, and movie theatres.

Golf: I have access to Shark's Tooth Golf Course, Greg Norman's, ask for details
