Village east apartments would like to welcome you to our charming seaside town of Lauderdale by the Sea. Our building is located a short five minute walk from the ocean, where you can rent lounge chairs, umbrellas and water crafts for your day at the beach. Restaurants, shopping and the newly renovated pier are within walking distance. Enjoy the free street jazz festival every Friday evening, or shop at the local grocery store and utilize the gas grill we provide for our guests. Our two bed room unit has been completely remodeled and has new furniture, linen and towels. Lauderdale by the Sea is known for it small town charm by locals as well as visitors from all over the world.

Village East in Lauderdale by the Sea welcomes you to our charming seaside village located just east of Fort Lauderdale, Florida on a barrier island where gentle tradewinds blow soft caresses and pelicans fly overhead. Our apartment building is located about 5 minutes walking distance to the beach.The Town is a charming seaside oasis on the eastern edge of metropolitan Broward County, Florida. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The Town is home to warm tropical breezes, a beautiful pier,restaurants, shopping, spectacular ocean views and small, quaint motels that attract annual visitors from Europe and around the world. Weekly street jazz festivals and a complimentary shuttle are available for your enjoyment. A public park offers soccer, jungle gym and various workout stations.

Our two bed room unit has been completely remodeled and both units have new furniture, linen and towels. Lauderdale by the Sea is known for it small town charm by locals as well as visitors from all over the world.

    Apartment next door can be rented to add an additional bed room with Queen size mattress, pull out sofa and full bath.
