Never rented before, this sparkling vacation home is much closer to famous Nauset Beach than most others in its Nauset Heights neighborhood. No steps down to the beach! If you forget something back at the house or one of the kids needs to use the bathroom, it's no big deal. You're that close. Enjoy sweeping ocean views and the sounds of the surf from the property, especially the bi-level house-length deck. Central air-conditioned, with a nice, bright, open floor plan which smoothly integrates the living space on the main level. Unusually large, thoughtfully equipped kitchen and bigger than expected dining area table. Perfectly configured for two families: each couple gets a big bed and ocean view on the main level, kids occupy two twin bedrooms on lower level, where the TV is. Patio, gas grill, cable TV, wireless high-speed Internet. Vacation here for the ultimate Nauset Beach experience.
