ELEVATOR ,YES this is very importantat at the beach for all condos,some you must climb 3 floors up, not here.+++ Hey! I want to 'SEE, HEAR & SMELL the water, when I go to the beach, Hello! Master bed room and Great room face the water. Litsen, You can slide my master bed room door back about 3 inches and the waves sound like they are breakin in the bed with you, WOW sleep on that. You can 'walk' to shops, rest. and night life, thats GOOD NEWS . We also have 1&2 br. units Ocean front. Call mobile booker for info.

Some of the main attractions include: Tybee Lighthouse and Museum, Fort Pulaski, Fort Jackson, Historic Downtown Savannah, Fishing Trips, Dolphin Watching, and Golf. On this Island you can walk with a drink in your hand anywhere,you canot carry bottle beer on the beach or pets.

About The Owner

Our family is a long-time resident of coastal Georgia with roots dating back to Georgia's founding in the 1700's. We enjoy fishing, hunting, flying, and spending time at the beach with family and friends. We visit our properties often, stay in them ourselves, and work hard to provide a quality home-away-from home experience.

My sisters, Mom and I had a wonderful vacation and loved your beach condo with the ocean view. We were treated to the sight of a brave gentleman kiteboarding during a windy storm on Monday. Trips into Savannah were lovely and the long walk down the beach were highlights. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We have more lovely memories to last a lifetime, or at least until Alzheimer's sets in. We would love to return someday.....Jane & Sisters & Mom.

Loved the condo! Very bright and cheerful decor. Perfect for our group of 6. Great location-so close to beach, restaurants, and shops.Easy drive to Savannah. Can't beat the huge porch. Kitchen stocked with everything! Loved the refrigerator door! Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thanks for a great time!

Our vacation was wonderful! The condo looked even better in person than in the photos. The place was VERY clean and had everything we could need. The location is terrific! Right across from the beach. Any local action was within walking distance. All the locals we met were friendly. We would definitely come back. Thank you Owen!

A WOW view is right, this condo was great...great view of the ocean and the cargo ships going into port in Savannah, great location.. We loved being able to stand on our balcony and watch the dolphins play....We will Defiantly stay here again...Perfect..Thank you so much for letting us stay here.

What a great condo! As soon my husband and I entered the condo we felt all of our worries melt away. This large, luxurious condo had all the amenities we needed and much more. We are outdoorsy folks so we absolutely LOVED the HUGE covered deck and the comfy chairs. We had our coffee out on the deck every morning and watched the sun rise. At sunset we watched all the beach goers and pier seekers walk about and enjoyed that a lot. Overall I would say - we can't wait to get back to this condo! Just fabulous! Thanks Owen! - Rachel Julian... oh and the elevator was a HUGE plus!
