$145!! (June - Sept)- On Special!! Closest to the Beach-

Clean, close to the beach, wonderful views and nice people. We loved walking and running (not me my husband and daughter) in the area. Walked more than once down the block to the ice cream shop that literally has 100 different flavors. I loved taking pictures of the nature and enjoying the sounds of the waves from the balcony. We started to leave our shoes outside like we noticed the other people doing -- I realized there was faucets on property on the way up from the beach to wash off the sand.
Many people live there year round I found out while the kids were playing and swimming at the community pool so that explains the nice feel like visiting family vs. staying at a hotel. And it was best that there was a full kitchen and very nice gas grills that are kept very clean and everything was like being at home.
We saved by eating some meals in the condo, but I really enjoyed going to some of the 5 star restaurants in the area. For brunch the Five Palms Beach Grill was our favorite, and for a fancy top notch meal we went to Spago Maui (inside the the Four Seasons Resort -Maui) which was the highlight for me -- because I love the Food Network and this is one of Wolfgang Puck's restaurants with impressive food but you should at least go for dessert we tried them all and Wow!

One word, Wow! I don't think we could have made a better choice. Traveling for my family is challenging as our 7 year old son is Autistic. This makes traditional hotels a non-option for us. We need a home where ever we go. A center of familiarity with peace and quiet and all the comforts of home so our son can unwind and process the new experiences that traveling offers. Ronda and Jacque created a lovely retreat where you are relieved to come home to. The unit is extremely clean and supplies everything you need for beach time fun. It was a delight to see full snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and ample extra large beach towels available for use at our leisure. The beach really is right across the street and with the unit's upper corner position you have lovely sunsets every night and it's the ideal perch for people watching. With plenty of TV channels and free Wi-Fi my family was able to indulge in there individual creature comforts. I am so glad I found the Perwin home listing. I can't wait to return! Great location. Easy access to beach, shops, restaurants. Apartment has all the amenities you could want. In like-new condition. And we loved the wifi access.
