Located on Main Street in the heart of Frisco at the center of famed Summit County. An easy 10 minute drive to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone Resorts. World class skiing, snowboarding, golf, hiking and Nordic skiing. Across the street from the marina on beautiful Lake Dillon offering sailing, boating, regattas, and more. Steps to all the restaurants, shops and attractions in the quaint Town of Frisco. All while staying in luxury accommodations with granite countertops, hardwood floors, Travertine baths, and an attached two-car garage. Gorgeous master suite with pillow top king bed, stone fireplace, and private deck with mountain views. Two other bedrooms with six beds plus two convertible beds in the lower level family room. Designer kitchen, living room, and dining area on the main level with plenty of room for entertaining. Step outside from the main level onto a wrap-around deck with stainless gas grill overlooking Lake Dillon. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

In the center of Summit County, one of the world's most famous skiing and snowboarding locales. Just ten minutes to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts and only 15 minutes to Keystone. And Vail's famous back bowls are an easy 25 minute drive. World class skiing and snowboarding in the winter, yachting, fishing and hiking in the summer. You can't ask for more than that. Frisco is the perfect location.

Spring Break Delight

This was our second time staying at this Marina Park Condo and we'll be back. Great location in Frisco and the accomodations are fantastic. Please note there are a lot of stairs which may be an issue for some folks. Views from the condo are great as well.

Week skiing with the boys

Arrived during a snow storm, easy check in process and check out. The Townhouse was a perfect fit for use, walked to dinner every night and used the hot pool, did not see a hot tub with jets, the pool was large enough and sufficient. Would return and use this Townhouse again with out question.
