Very clean & well-kept 2 bedroom/2 bathroom premium condo in a great central location with lots of conveniences. It is located in upscale Chapel Square (built in 1999) on the top floor with a great sunny view toward the west & Beaver Creek ski area. It is located within 5 minutes to Vail and walking distance to the newly built gondola located in the heart of Avon which takes you to Beaver Creek. Drive or take a free shuttle to Beaver Creek or Vail which is 5 minutes away. This condo offers great rates with many conveniences such as the heated underground secured parking garages, lockable ski locker, shared hot tub/steam room down the hall, free internet wi-fi service, plasma mounted TVs with DVD players in both bedrooms, gas river rock fireplace, & cathedral ceiling w/ surround sound speakers.

Great restaurants are an elevator ride away, shopping & restaurants are on the ground level floor & grocery shopping is across the street.

Enjoy the spacious master bedroom which features a Queen-sized bed, cathedral ceiling, wall-mounted plasma TV/DVD, & plenty of storage. The master bath has a double tiled vanity & jetted jacuzzi tub/shower. The guest/2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, bunk beds with a trundle, wall- mounted plasma TV/DVD, cathedral ceiling & plenty of storage. The second bathroom is accessed by the guest bedroom or the foyer area for ease of use. This bathroom has a great tiled shower w/ beautiful glass surround.

The living area is spacious with a large couch that can seat 4. Luxurious designer furnishings throughout the condo, TV/VCR/DVD, washer & dryer, & fully furnished kitchen. Iron & ironing board available in the closet, hairdryers in both bathrooms.

We frequent & enjoy the condo often to ensure its cleanliness & suitability for our guests. We pride ourselves in keeping the unit smoke & pet free & are extremely confident that you will enjoy & appreciate staying at our place in Chapel Square while visiting the Vail Valley any time of the year.

We had a wonderful time at your condo. It is beautifully decorated and the location was great across the street from the supermarket and several restaurants with walking distance.

Your condo is beautiful. Very comfortable for two couples. We loved to be able to walk everywhere.
