When you arrive you will be greeted by real people who will answer all your questions about the home and surrounding area. The house is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home, with a heated pool, fireplace, 3 car garage, and circular driveway. It contains over 4,000 sq. feet, including an indoor sunken bar for entertaining, a large open gourmet kitchen, fully equipped laundry room, water views from all rooms, and a dock with boat lift available for your use. The over sized pool deck is partially covered to allow your guests to lounge in the sun or relax in the shade. Entertain your guests in the outside summer kitchen while they swim in the pool, watch TV sports and boats going by.

    *We require a $500 refundable damage deposit for up to 2 week rental. Longer rentals will require $1,000 damage deposit.
    *Cleaning fee of $175.
    *Maid service can be arranged for an additional fee, please inquire.
    *No smoking inside the home please
    Sorry...but we can not rent to Spring Breakers, Proms or under 25 year old renters. This quiet residential upscale area is very family friendly and safe.
