Built in 1893, this quaint and cozy two bedroom, one bath charmer has a lovely yard and features a traditional parlor stove in the living room, a sunny gourmet kitchen and a huge bath with the original claw-foot tub! Lovingly restored and remodeled, gorgeously decorated and fully furnished, it's up-to-date, with all modern conveniences and appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, three televisions and CD/DVD/VCR player.
