BRYAN'S BEACH HOUSE

Grand Turk Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 3-6)

~TO GET TO GRAND TURK~

Fly from the U.S. to Providenciales (We call it Provo). Then catch

Air Turks & Caicos to Grand Turk (1/2 hr. flt.). There are 4 flights daily

a day, but you want to catch the 2:00 O'Clock or 5:00 O'Clock. Their reservation # is: 1-649-946-4999.

Bryan's Beach House is a brand-new, gorgeous property in Grand Turk, just-up from the beach on a little, breezy hill. There is a private boardwalk down to our private beach. No beach by law, is totally private, but this one is as close to it as you're ever going to get!

It's 3 miles from town, there are no other guest facilities around here, and you could sunbathe here for hours, and never see another soul! The upstairs master suite, and downstairs apartment, are totally secure, with attractive bars on the windows, and iron gates on the doors, so you could sleep soundly and securely, and leave the doors and windows open, for the constant breeze.

To get to Grand Turk, fly from the U.S. to Providenciales (We call it Provo). Then catch an Air Turks and Caicos flight to Grand Turk. They have 4 flights a day, but you want to catch the 2:00 O'Clock or the 5:00 O'Clock to Grand Turk. Their reservation number is 1-649-946-999.

The downstairs apartment is for the exclusive use of extras in your party, although there is an additional charge. No one, not known by you, will be rented the downstairs apartment. My

Houseman live there ordinarily.

Scuba diving and snorkeling are the big things in Grand Turk, so don't come for the golf and tennis, or if you like crowds!

The 5,000 or so natives here are extraordinarily friendly, helpful and nice. Since moving there in 1980, we found it to be the safest and most hospitable island in the Caribbean. The island is 6 miles long, and only a mile wide, and was the original landing site of Christopher Columbus in the New World ... now scientifically proven beyond a doubt.

The climate is great, the people are wonderful, and Grand Turk is very safe. There's nice shopping, with plenty of regular and gourmet food available. I always say, if you can't find it in Grand Turk, you probably don't need it! There also are several nice, reasonably-priced restaurants, and on the south end of the island (we're on the north end) is the Carnival Cruise port (the most popular in the Caribbean) with fun shopping, and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Restaurant, bars, and free-form pool ... home of the wet bikini contest!

Sun, sand, swimming, diving, and fun! I can rent you a jeep or golf cart at a special Beach House rate of $50.00/day + gas.

Our most memorable vacation

We stay at Bryans beach house for a week in January. The house was clean spacious and comfortable. The view was breath taking. We had breakfast on the patio outside every morning and i found myself getting up exra early to watch the sunrise over the ocean. There was plenty to do down town, which you do need a vechicle to get to, but is only a 5 minute ride. The beaches were one of a kind, clean, white, filled with seashells and beach glass. The ocean was breath takingly beautiful. If you are not into scuba diving which seemed to be the main attraction, I would highly recommend taking a few snorkels trips. we saw turtles, sting rays and an array of very colorful fish. Not to mention the humback whales in a distance from our boat! It was overall an amazing trip, and one we will never forget.

Myself and husband arranged to stay at the beach house with relatives staying in the basement apartment. We ended up all staying upstairs because the bottom apartment was unacceptable - not clean, smelt badly of dog, visible evidence of dogs being there, dank and gloomy. Nothing like the photos. Upstairs was better but stillI not adequately supplied, old stained towels, poor second set of bed linen and we ended up buying bowls and glasses because there was not four of each. Upstairs was also not cleaned well.
Despite the shortcomings we had a great holiday and with some attention to detail the upstairs would be fine, fantastic views and basic but spacious.
The beach house is a bit remote, you need transport but Bryan does provide 2 bikes. We loved being on that side of the island.
Bryan was very helpful with car rental and other advice. Favourite place to eat was the sandbar, best beach is governors beach and exploring different spots is well worth the drive over rough roads.
We would return to the island but would not recommend Bryan's place without some upgrades in maintenance and would not recommend anyone stay downstairs.

I honeymooned at Mr. Brian’s beach house. Mr. Brian as he is known on the island is a very gracious host. We loved being able to bike everywhere on the island. The beach below the house is not great for swimming however it’s extremely private. With Brian’s permission we had a camp fire down by the ocean. This was one of many highlights of our trip. The other side of the island is graced with white sandy beaches and lots of fishes just of the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone willing to experience real island living.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Grand Turk. It was quiet and relaxing. However, if you are looking for luxury like would would find at a fancy resort, this is not the place for you. It had everything you would need to function and the views from the balcony were incredible. But since this was the first time we stayed somewhere other than an all inclusive resort, it took some getting used to the limited selection at the grocery store, etc. The beach in front of the house was not great for swimming. Too much seaweed and garbage but there was a nice beach on the other side of town. Overall Bryan was a gracious host and his accomodations were sufficient.

A Little Piece of Heaven

The host, the view, the entire experience was most awesome. I think this has to be one of the prettiest places I have ever been. The view from the deck is beautiful. We watched the sunrise each morning as the breeze blew so calmly. Bryan was very accommidating picking us up at the airport and showing us the must sees of the island. The beach house was very nice having all the convenience of home. Bryan, Mel and Brenda was terrific.....This is my second visit in less than 6 months. The first visit was with my husband for the best anniversary ever. I then brought my mom and children back so they too could enjoy the view and beauty of this island. The price is right and the memories are forever!!!! Thanks Bryan for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. IF you have any question that God is for real....just visit and you will know for sure.
