Bryan's Beach House is a brand-new, gorgeous property in Grand Turk, just-up from the beach on a little, breezy hill. There is a private boardwalk down to our private beach. No beach by law, is totally private, but this one is as close to it as you're ever going to get!
It's 3 miles from town, there are no other guest facilities around here, and you could sunbathe here for hours, and never see another soul! The upstairs master suite, and downstairs apartment, are totally secure, with attractive bars on the windows, and iron gates on the doors, so you could sleep soundly and securely, and leave the doors and windows open, for the constant breeze.

Scuba diving and snorkeling are the big things in Grand Turk, so don't come for the golf and tennis, or if you like crowds!
The 5,000 or so natives here are extraordinarily friendly, helpful and nice. Since moving there in 1980, we found it to be the safest and most hospitable island in the Caribbean. The island is 6 miles long, and only a mile wide, and was the original landing site of Christopher Columbus in the New World ... now scientifically proven beyond a doubt.

The climate is great, the people are wonderful, and Grand Turk is very safe. There's nice shopping, with plenty of regular and gourmet food available. I always say, if you can't find it in Grand Turk, you probably don't need it! There also are several nice, reasonably-priced restaurants, and on the south end of the island (we're on the north end) is the Carnival Cruise port (the most popular in the Caribbean) with fun shopping, and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Restaurant, bars, and free-form pool ... home of the wet bikini contest!
Sun, sand, swimming, diving, and fun! I can rent you a jeep or golf cart at a special Beach House rate of $50.00/day + gas.
The HOME of whale-watching in season! (Jan.- April)
