Inside the home you will find a fully appointed kitchen with custom induction cooktop. The kitchen is equipped with every amenity necessary to perform any cooking task imaginable. The oversized refrigerator and stainless steel appliances compliment the decor of the kitchen. In addition, there is an oceanfront dining area with a family sized table.
The home offers 2 living areas as well as a media room, which is equipped with a big screen TV and overstuffed leather couches. The main level living area offers color cable TV with a DVD player and the upstairs living area is more of a large children's play area. there are multiple items for the young vacationers. Items include books, games, Gamecube and TV/DVD player.
5 of the 7 bedrooms are ocean front. And, the 'sports' room, although not ocean front has a great ocean view. Most mattresses have been upgraded to either memory foam or sleep number beds. Additionally, there is a full size futon on the third level and a couch (44'' wide) in the ocean front office that folds out flat.
The home is capable of comfortably accommodating up to 17 guests when including sleeper sofas.
