Hurry now to book Jan, and Apr, before those months are taken. 2005 Built - Single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home with 'great room' and two car garage. Decorated in fun retro theme. Our home comes with quality features throughout. (Vaulted ceiling, large ceramic tile in great room, ceiling fans in each room, under cabinet lighting in kitchen,etc.) Plus recently added, wireless secured internet. It's located in a quiet secure gated 60 home neighborhood, just minutes away from the beach. All furnished, with all kitchen appliances and many just like home touches. This home will make the perfect getaway with plenty of room for you and your guests. Why pay hotel prices when you can live in the luxury of your own rental home! ***This is a 'smoke free home' and sorry, no pets are allowed.***

Additional booking information: Please note that multiple month bookings receive preference over single month bookings. We will also pay the one-time cleaning fee on multiple bookings. Our rates have not changed for the last five years and now also includes wireless internet service. Month rental periods begin with the 1st of the month. We are only booking monthly rentals at this time. (Sorry no weekly rentals are available.) $500 Security deposit required. $125 Cleaning fee per rental departure (except with multiple month bookings).

Attractions: This perfectly located home is 90 minutes from Orlando International airport and 75 minutes from West Palm Beach airport. Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center are short day trips. Fine restaurants and shops await you at the Vero Beach Indian River Mall, including a 24-screen stadium seating movie theater. We will leave you with the best eating establishment secrets. Vero Beach also has a community center with a heated pool. But best of all, you are only 10 minutes from a walk along miles of beautiful sandy beach.
