It is hard to describe in words the beauty of the beach in Tulum, turquoise water and extremely white sand , low constructions and low density, all adds up to give you an incredible beach experience. The house is nicely located behind the palm trees and the low dune for added privacy. There is a small palapa on the beach for extra shade. The house has 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine with another bed. It has a great terrace facing the beach with table and chairs, hammocks . The full time care taker lives nearby and will assist you with the beach chairs, hammocks, and anything else you might need. There is no electricity in this part of Tulum. Energy comes from solar panels , complemented by a generator for the occasional rainy day. The fridge works on gas. Please make sure to turn off the lights and fans when not in use.
