It is hard to describe in words the beauty of the beach in Tulum, turquoise water and extremely white sand , low constructions and low density, all adds up to give you an incredible beach experience. The house is nicely located behind the palm trees and the low dune for added privacy. There is a small palapa on the beach for extra shade.

The house has 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine with another bed and 3 full bathrooms. It has a great terrace facing the beach with table and chairs, hammocks .

The full time care taker lives nearby and will assist you with the beach chairs, hammocks, and anything else you might need.

There is no electricity in this part of Tulum. Energy comes from solar panels , complemented by a generator for the occasional rainy day. The fridge works on gas. Please make sure to turn off the lights and fans when not in use.

Nous avons sejouné 4 nuits ,dans cette maison ,qui a un emplacement idéal et beaucoup de charme . Le personnel est absolument charmant et très disponible . La seule touche negative que je pourrais apporter est l'equipement de la cuisine qui est rudimentaire : gaziniere dans un etat de decrepitude avancée qui la rend dangereuse ,quasi absence de saladier ,plat ,pas de grille pain... . Avec une cuisine mieux equipée ,cette maison serait un veritable paradis.

Hi Orane,
I wanted to let you know that our stay in January, which was our honeymoon,at Casa Sarah was truly an amazing ten days. The house,grounds, staff, and of course the beach were all wonderful. Additionally,Stephan and Hui were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.


Thanks for your help with the reservation.

Not sure if you ever offer "specials" depending on the time of year or vacancy, but if you do, I would be interested.
