Don't miss this Rustic cabin in the Woods, all the features of home. Your own private deck to barbecue or relax and enjoy the view. Need a place for your pets too - we accept them upon approval. The home features doggy door and fenced yard for your family friend. Have a larger family - plenty of beds in this home. 3 bedrooms, a loft with 2 twin beds, and a sofa sleeper. No train noise here, this cabin is nestled in Kachina Village surrounded by huge ponderosa pine trees. Just minutes from everything from the mall to the movies. Come in on I-17 and your in town in 6 miles. Features include oven, microwave, washer and dryer and Dish TV, DVD Player everything your family might need in the kitchen, coffee maker, blender, dishes, dishwasher and pantry too. The wood ceilings and so much wood all around above cabinets and on the stair well. This home gives you the true feeling of being in the woods.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please contact owner for additional rate information.
  • Current Rate through September are nightly at $175.00 per night with a 2 Night Minimum requirement. (Contact us for your special deals). Holiday Rates are higher and may be subject to min. stay requirements please inquiry.
    Weekly rate is discounted to only $950.00 for Novmeber and December of 2009
    Monthly rate is $2,500.00 . We do not have any hidden fees like booking or extra per person fee this amount is including taxes.
    The Cleaning fee $100.00 and is a the only additional fee.
    If you have any further question please e-mail or call me I will be happy to explain our fees.
  • Rates are the same for 1 person as for 10 people. 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation this can be paid through credit card or Pay pal. The deposit is fully Refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival. After that time it becomes Non-Refundable. The balance is due upon arrival.

    Pets are allowed must have prior approval pet fee will apply.
    Credit Cards only upon arrival you must have a credit card not a debit card and a current drivers licenses upon arrival. This will be used for your security deposit.
