Don't miss this rustic cabin in the woods! Like to Barbeque? You’ll find your own private deck with a barbecue to make tasty meals and relax and enjoy the view. Need a place for your pets too? We accept them upon approval. The home features WIRELESS INTERNET AND a doggy door. PLUS a fenced yard for your family friend. Have a larger family? There are plenty of beds in this home. You’ll find 3 bedrooms, a loft with 2 twin beds, and a sofa sleeper. No train noise here. This cabin is nestled in Kachina Village surrounded by huge ponderosa pine trees. You’ll be just a few minutes from everything including the mall and the movies. Come in on I-17 and you’ll be in town in 6 miles.

Features include: Oven, microwave, washer and dryer, Dish TV, and DVD Player. You’ll also find everything your family might need in the kitchen; a coffee maker, blender, dishes, dishwasher and pantry. The wood ceilings and beautiful wood all around the cabinets and on the stair well. This home gives you the true feeling of being in a cabin in the woods.

This home will give you the peace and quiet you long for when you come to the woods. Great paths for walking surround the neighborhood. State Land is in front of the Kachina store to ride your ATVs or take long hikes with the dog. The home is located on a cul-de-sac in an area with very old, large ponderosa pine trees. Tong in Groove wood ceilings. There’s a basement area for the kids with a TV and game consoles including Super Nintendo. The basement includes great indoor carpet and sofas just for the kids.

Requirements to book your stay: 50% Deposit is required. We are happy to accept online payments by credit card, paypal or by personal check. Please advise us of your payment choice at time of booking. (Your stay is not reserved until the deposit has been paid.)
Remaining 50% is due on day of arrival. This along with your cleaning fee must be paid on or before your arrival date.
Fees And Taxes There is a cleaning fee of $125.00. If you have more than 7 guests, please inquire for cleaning fees. Please inquire if you have pets. We'd love to have you stay. We just need to have them pre-approved and we need a pet deposit/fee.
Your deposit is 100% REFUNDABLE up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. Simply advise me and we will be happy to refund your deposit in full. We simply ask you cancel 30 days prior to your stay to give us time to re-rent the home. If you cancel after this time, your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be credited to your stay amount when you arrive.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes: Living room features a beautiful pellet stove for a small fire. Dish Satellite TV and DVDs. There’s also an entertainment center with a Flat Screen TV to enjoy the shows! The dining room has seating for 6. There’s plenty of extra chairs around for the guests who might need them. There is also an extra table for more guests in the closet area. Our side deck has a propane BBQ Grill, lots of plastic chairs for seating, and a park bench to enjoy the sound of birds and fresh scent of pine trees.

I have stayed at this property many times before, and this time, as in the past, we really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, well kept property, and everything worked! And with all the rooms we could have had even more family stay with us. The closest store is the gas station near the freeway, so if you really planning, take all your food with you, or take the short drive into Flagstaff to stock up.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great family vacation home

This home was the perfect getaway spot for our family vacation. There were 10 of us - the cabin provided plenty of space for all of us for sleeping and playing. We all enjoyed watching some of the MANY movies that were provided in the home and the extra table upstairs to do puzzles. The home was clean. Also well stocked with plenty of blankets and linens and a full kitchen. Just 10min from Flagstaff, we were able run errands and do shopping. We were also able to easily make several day trips to the lakes, to Riordan Mansion, and to Sunset Crater. We would definitely recommend this home and, if planning another Flagstaff vacation, would stay here again.

Quiet, Comfy and Close to Everything

We were looking for someplace where we could play the tourist during the day and enjoy peace and quiet at night. We have a little dog, a princess I should say, so of course that limited availability.

Searching online, we found this cabin and sent in for more information. Judy responded right away and was very helpful. We cancelled another cabin after speaking with her.

The cabin in Kachina Village was just what we wanted. A quiet neighborhood, nestled in the pine trees. Great for taking long walks at sunset. Close to Flagstaff's fun restaurants and shopping, just a few minutes by freeway. And close to the Grand Canyon, Williams, Route 66 and Bearizona

There was plenty of room and privacy. We had another couple stop by and stay in the downstairs bedroom on Saturday night.

We had everything we needed in the cabin. We cooked there a few nights and found it very accommodating.

Our princess was happy and safe as well. The back door leads to a fenced yard. She was able to play there safely and enjoy the outdoors with out always being on a leash.

We did need something during our stay, Judy was very quick to respond and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We had a great time and intend on staying there again.

Easter Getaway

Excellent getaway, quiet,comfortable and very relaxing. It comfortably accomodated 11 adults and 7 kids. the cabin was clean and well stocked. Agent Judy Warner was excellent. she explained the check in process step by step which helped us settle right in. and even located a church that gave spanish mass on sunday for us. (Thank you again Judy.) while at the cabin we took a day trip to the Grand Canyon which was only an hour and a half away. in the evenings the large deck allowed us to play board games, puzzles BBQ and relax. I would definetly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to enjoy life for a while.

Excellent Winter Getaway

This property is clean, well maintain and all the kitchen necessities for a winter getaway are in this unit. The layout in this unit is also suitable for children under twelve. Hot water and heated air were sufficient for the entire group of occupants even when the temperature was -12 degree C outside.

The drive and walk ways were clear of snow which allowed the movement of bags between cabin and car with ease during a heavy snow storm. Drivng to the nearby amenities were within 6 mile but there is a petrol station located within half mile from the unit. Would recommend snow chain or 4x4 if snow storm is expected.

Lastly, I would recommend it to friends who want to have a winter getaway in Flagstaff.
