Having just sent our youngest off to a very selective college in Maine, it is time for this 47 year old couple to enjoy travelling without worrying about school holidays.
As teenagers, we both learned to ski on Whistler Mountain and have been enjoying the outdoors since the liquor store was a trailer in the parking lot now known as Whistler Village. It was always a dream to have a winter vacation home in Whistler and even as we were first married, we knew that we would ultimately have a very special place in Whistler. That dream was realized in January of 2001, 4 years ahead of schedule.
This home is set on a lovely large level lot with enough trees for privacy. The large driveway can hold 6 - 8 cars even in the winter. Snow removal is contracted annually. In the summer, you can hear the creek babbling as you fall asleep...
