(downstairs can be closed off from the upper part of home, adults can enjoy the top part of home while kids can have the downstairs) 3 miles from Sunnyside resort, 1 mile from Homewood ski resort (a great family ski area), 15-20 min. From alpine and squaw valley ski resorts Located on quiet cul de sac, perfect for families with kids.
