This grand historic townhouse welcomes guests to visit the Garden District, one of the most traveled neighborhood destinations in the world. It has been meticulously restored and furnished in grand New Orleans style. This home has it all. Seven bedrooms w/2 kings, 1 California king, 3 Queens, 2 fulls, and 1 Daybed. There is an additional office w/a blow up mattress should your require it as well as a crib. All bedrooms are on the second and third floors.

If it is nightlife you are looking for it is within walking distance as well. Great home for both small and large groups, corporate rentals, or special occasions. Ideally located for all major Mardi Gras Parade Routes and for the New Orleans Jazz Festival. 3 night minimum. Rates available depending on the size of your group and time of year. The garden district is the only neighborhood with its own private security patrol 24 hours a day.

True New Orleans experience!

Location is ideal! We walked to Magazine Street, St. Charles Avenue and all over the Garden District. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and even better than the pictures show. Will was very easy to work with, I would highly recommend this house for a true New Orleans experience.

Perfect for our family reunion

Wonderful historic home. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room. Walking distance to Magazine Street and several restaurants. Pop on the St Charles street car to head downtown/French Quarter or head uptown to Audubon park.
