  • $200 cleaning fee-non-refundable
    $200 pet deposit-refundable if there is no pet damage
  • Refundable security deposit of $500 is due upon booking, and will be credited within 24 hours of departure.
    50% of rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.
    Remainder of rental fees due 30 days prior to arrival.
    Cancellations must be submitted 60 days prior to arrival to receive 100% of security deposit. Cancellations submitted 60-45 days prior to arrival are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, and cancellations submitted 45 days to 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival or less will forfeit entire security deposit.
