Beautifully remodeled ground level 4 bedroom/3 bath home completed in 2008. Home is located on a beach end street that is four houses to the beach. No roads to cross in order to enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches and glorious sunsets on the west coast of Florida. Three bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. Sofa converts to a sleeper. Children and small pets are welcome. Located on the Anna Maria/Homes Beach. Located near the Free Island Trolley that runs the length of the Island to Bradenton Beach. Located 30 minutes from Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport and 2 hours from all Disney and Central Florida Theme Parks. Longboat Key and St. Armands Circle are minutes away.

WONDERFUL....Exciting and Beautiful

We stayed here the last week of May Last year 2010.....I can not tell you how much we loved it. We did a family vacation with both sets of our parents and 2 teenage girls. We saw a ton of wild life from dolphin to manatees. Will stay again...and the owners are the best. This is a great place to stay ...we got everything the listing offers and then some.

We had a great time on our week visit. The kids loved the pool and the beach! It was great being so close to the beach and not having to cross any busy streets to get there. The house was very comfortable, it was like a home away from home. We would stay here again without a second thought.

Just wanted to say that the whole family had a lovely time at "The Beach Escape". Our son Ryan (2 1/2) went swimming in the pool everyday. We are already planning our trip for next year. Thanks Again

We have rented homes in California, Coronado, New Jersey, South and North Carolina. Non has been as lovely and thoughtfully equipped as yours. The beach towels, chairs, magazines and yes, the umbrella - assured that we had a wonderful week. We absolutely love you home and its decor - we will be back again. Thank you for everything.
