Direct Gulf access, which means you are very close to the gulf and there are no bridges to pass under. Sailboats are welcome. Southwest facing, so you can enjoy the warm sun and the sunsets. Beautiful street with homes valued between $1 million and $2 million even after the housing market crash. Only 2.5 Miles to the beach. Many new upgrades have been added to the home, including appliances, dock, furniture, tile, paint, and more. Pool - larger and deeper (7 feet) than most. Spa style pool with salt (tasteless) rather than chlorine disinfection, which is much easier on skin, eyes, and hair. 3 BR/2 BA, including 2 showers, king size bed, queen size bed, 2 twin beds. The mattresses are all temperpedic style. Sofa sleeper and inflatable mattress also available. There are two separate living areas, a dining area, a breakfast bar, and patio furniture for outdoor dining. Master BR, LR, DR have sliders opening to the pool. Pool bathroom also opens to the pool.

Pictures do not include upgrades: Upgrades: Most of the pics are 'pre-upgrade' pictures. Note that the pictures do not reflect the current and pending upgrades, which is why we are offering a remodel special. We have replaced all the appliances, which includes stainless kitchen appliances and front loading laundry. We have installed nice new tile in the bedrooms, so the entire home is now nicely tiled. We landscaped the backyard, replaced the seawall, and built a new dock. New paint and furniture: I have not listed our home on a website with good pictures yet, because there is still a little work left to do. We are in the process of repainting the entire home, and we are installing all new furniture. We will have more pictures soon.
